I take a client-centered, non-judgmental, strength-based approach with all of my clients. Mutual trust, understanding, and respect are the cornerstones of my practice. My action-oriented approach is best for people who want to be challenged and pushed out of their comfort zone. Ultimately, my end goal with each client is to get them to where they don’t need me anymore.
